The Inman aligner is removable spring appliance that is worn for about 20hrs a day for approximately 4-16 weeks. It's limited to moving only incisors and so isn't suitable for all cases but the Inman Aligner is probably the fastest and cheapest way of aligning your teeth. So if you don't mind the visibility, size and a little slurred speech then you could have straight teeth for as little as £1600 in a couple of months! Remember it's only a short time and it can simply be removed for any event if you want clear speech or don't want it to be visible.
